He is incredibly meticulous, inspecting each home as if he were the home inspector himself. For them, it was never about closing a deal—it was about making sure our family found the right home.
We’ve come to see John and Beth more as friends than anything else. While we have no plans to move again anytime soon, we’ll absolutely be staying in touch.

My property was on MLS within 2 business days of meeting John and was then under contract for the full asking price within 8 hours of it having been listed. The Team then worked through a number of unique issues the property had successfully negotiating with the buyer to the satisfaction of all involved. To top it off we went from initial contract to closing in just 15 days by utilizing the excellent services of the Team's Real Estate attorney's offices. The attorneys are completely professional and super effective.
